Re-Phlex di is a new revolutionary state of the art acid replacement system.
With the increasing use of alkaline bore-hole water and effluent water, more
turf managers and plant producers are facing the challenges that come from
decreasing water quality and associated high soil pH. High bicarbonate levels
in irrigation and soil water locks up essential plant nutrients making them
unavailable for plant uptake and can also severely reduce water infiltration.
Rate of application will depend on the quality of the water.
Optik Blue is a spray pattern dye which helps in identifying overlapping
sprays, missed areas, spray drift or blocked nozzles use 250 ml per 250 lt of
water. It may also be introduced into fertigation system to act as a ‘marker’
dye identifying when soluble fertilisers are passing through the system. Add
sufficient Optik Blue to the stock tank to give a slight colouration to the final
diluted solution.
Magnum Applicator Pellets enable specific problem areas to be ‘spot’ treated with a concentrated wetting agent. The use on slopes or banks will
ensure that these areas are to absorb water into the soil profile so ensuring even
growth any plantings and also a reduction in soil erosion. 1 pellet should treat 2
- 3,000 m2 depending on water flow and temperature.
Magnum Applicator Guns are specifically designed for use with the
Magnum Applicator Pellets and comes with a standard cone nozzle and cyclone
precision nozzle giving ultimate flexibility of product application. It also comes
with a variable ‘shut off’ lever and snap coupling.
Re-Phlex tlc is a specifically formulated cleaner for the flushing of unwanted
deposits from the irrigation system. Used on a regular basis throughout the
season, it will ensure that lines and sprinkler heads are kept free of lime scale
build up and maintained in good working order. Re-Phlex tlc is ideal for use in a
pre winter drain down, where it can be introduced throughout the system. Left
to stand in the lines for 24 - 48 hours, during which time it will actively dissolve
any deposits. Use 10 lt per 25,000 lt of water. Like all Re-Phlex products,
Re-Phlex tlc is non-hazardous and requires no specialist handling. It will not
corrode equipment and it is harmless to plants and the environment. Re-Phlex
tlc can also be used to clean spraying equipment using 1 lt per 300 lt of water.
Waxy residues from the breakdown of plant tissue and bicarbonate deposits
from fertilisers and irrigation water coat soil particles and block up pores
and water channels, leading to hydrophobic soil conditions with rainfall and
irrigation unable to penetrate the soil. The use of through the drip irrigation
system of Magnum Calibre at 5 lt per ha every 14-21 days leads to more
even distribution of water through the soil profile, less run off and therefore
less water usage, better utilisation of fertilisers and more even crop growth.
Magnum Blaster Pellets are designed for use in the storage tank of an
irrigation system and will improve water penetration when used in combination
with a specific wetting agent programme. Use 1 Blaster pellet in the holding
tank. Replace when fully dissolved.
Liquid Pro Guns are for use with liquid Magnum wetting agents and like the
Applicator Guns come with a precision nozzle, ‘shut off’ lever and couplings.
