As the area of high value crops grown under drip irrigation increases, the potential for problems to arise becomes greater as less suitable land is brought into production.

One of the most common problems is evenness of water penetration and distribution. With many years of soil surfactant experience gained from our sorts turf business, Indigrow has developed Magnum 44 and RePhlex OA.

Magnum Forty Four

The Magnum product range not only helps increase the water infiltration, but also flocculates the soil and allows for increase in size of the crop. While most properties of water are beneficial, one in particular, surface tension, is not, because, unless it is modified, it can result in inefficient water utilisation and crop loss. Plain irrigation water, with its naturally high surface tension, has many other characteristics that can cause soil/water problems such as low infiltration rate.

When plain irrigation water is combined with Magnum Forty Four, an irrigation water adjuvant, and properly applied, these water/soil penetration problems can be alleviated and even at times prevented.

Magnum Forty Four not only helps increase the water infiltration, but also flocculates the soil and allows for increase in size of the crop. Testing has shown that with the use of Magnum Forty Four, you can decrease the EC levels and percent sodium in the soil dramatically.

RePhlex OA

RePhlex OA is a modified organic acid derived from lignin, a natural and renewable raw material. Similar in function to other available acids, RePhlex® OA acidifies irrigation water, improves water penetration, and helps free up bound nutrients in alkaline soils.

Additionally it has many other saftey benefits:

• Classified for transport as non-corrosive

• Contains only organically derived ingredients

Indihume

Humic acids are now widely used within agriculture and horticulture but the quality varies dramatically. Indihume Liquid and Indihume Soluble powder of are of the highest quality, exceptionally soluble and ideally suited for either spraying or introduction into the irrigation system.
