Wetting Agent
Wetting Agent
Wetting agents have a vital role in turf management. For the benefit of turf managers, Indigrow has developed Magnum, our range of specialist wetting agents. Magnum wetting agents can work in a number of ways. Curative wetting agents are designed to be applied to an existing hydrophobic condition, whilst preventative wetting agents are applied in the spring and repeated throughout the season to balance moisture in these potentially hydrophobic areas. Penetrant wetting agents open up the soil profile and allow excessive water to drain away and dispersant products help prevent the build-up of dew.
Indigrow’s Magnum range of wetting agents has been formulated to work in conjunction with one another to provide a complete solution for the turf manager. Our Magnum wetting agents also take on a further role in water management. By helping to improve water conservation, particularly during periods of drought, our wetting agents can help to maintain or improve turf health and quality.
