Indiplex Cu is a soluble powder containing 20.0% copper. It can be applied either by foliar spray or through fertigation systems. Copper is essential for the synthesis of chlorophyll, lignin and in the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins. Copper deficiencies in cereals are clearly shown in younger yellow leaves, delayed maturity (late tillering) and lodging.
- Grain production is poor and ears may not form
- In fruit trees leaves drop, bark becomes rough and both flowering and fruit set are severely affected
- Copper deficiency is often found in light sandy soils
- Availability will be limited in soils with high pH, organic matter and excesses of nitrogen and phosphorous
